Community Reinvestment Act (CRA)

First National Bank of Gillette is pleased to provide information for public inspection under the Community Reinvestment Act.

Under the CRA, the following information must be maintained in a public file.

• All Public comments received for the current year and the prior two calendar years.
• A copy of the Public Evaluation of the bank’s most recent CRA Performance Evaluation.
• List of Branch Locations including hours of operation.
• Branches opened or closed by the bank during the current year and the prior two calendar years.
• A description of Personal Products and Services Personal Banking – First National Bank (fnbgillette.com) and Business Products and Services (Business Banking – First National Bank (fnbgillette.com) available and a list of the Transaction Fees. All fees and products are the same at all locations.
• A Map of the Facility Based Assessment Area and the Census Tracts represents the communities we serve.
• First National Bank of Gillette’s Loan to Deposit ratio for each quarter of the prior calendar year.
