What you can do to protect yourself
Customers should have the following Security Procedures in place to protect yourself from fraud.
Security Procedures
A password and a secure access code will be used for security purposes.
The password is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties even if requested.
The identity of your password is not communicated to us. No one from the bank will ever ask for your password.
You are responsible for the safekeeping of your password.
You agree not to disclose or otherwise make available your password to anyone not authorized to sign on your accounts. If you permit another person to use the service or give them your user ID and your password, you are responsible for all activity the person initiates even if he/she exceeds your authorization.
You accept responsibility to change your password regularly. You must enter a secure access code during the login process. Your secure access code will be delivered to the phone number on file
